Bank Instrument (BI) program for private placement programs (PPP)

Big Deals Consulting is working directly with a Lender/Investor that has the ability to Monetize a $100M cash-backed leased Bank Instrument (BI), pull down a Credit Line and take into a PPP that he is the actual Principal of.
The costs to secure the $100M BI is $2,000,000. The fees given to this Lender/Investor from the Client will be protected by a $2,000,000 Stand By Letter of Credit (SBLC) ..

The procedures are outlined below.

•Clients submits CIS, passport and the Bank Statement for the $2,000,000..
•Once the client passes compliance, Joint Escrow Instructions Agreement will be issued...
•Client reviews and proposes changes if necessary to Joint Escrow Agreement.
•Escrow instructions are agreed to and Escrow of deposit is opened with the Ferguson Law Group. (Plano Business & Commercial Litigation Lawyer | Texas Intellectual Property Attorney | Dallas TX )
•Lender/Investor will issue a $2,000,000 SBLC to the clients bank via swift MT 760.
•Client’s bank verifies and authenticates the SBLC and money is released to Lender/Investor...
•Lender/Investor secures the $100M BI and lodges the BI with his own Trader
•Lender/Investor will monetize the BI and receive a line of credit, (70-95% LTV)..
•Lender/Investor will return the clients $2,000,000 and in return will need the SBLC back from the clients bank within 60 business days.
•Lender/Investor issues the client a Trade Contract as a 50/50 JV partner...
•Once the Trade Contract is signed by both parties the contract is returned to the Trader.
•The Trade will begin on the following Monday...

More Details:

The Returns that this program offers is between 10 to 25% of the amount in Trade, per week.
The Trading Contract will be for 12 months.
Big Deals Consulting gets 5% of the Total Net Funds per week.
If other Brokers are involved, they will get 2 of the total 5 points.

Here is an Hypotheticall Example:

•A Client comes in with his $2M.
•They generate the JV Contract on a 50-50 Basis for the weekly returns.
•They monetized the $100M Bank Instrument to let’s say, 80% of it’s Face Value.
•Now, there are $80M to be placed into the Private Placement.
•Let’s assume that the weekly returns are 20%.

$80,000,000 X 20% = $16,000,000
They split this 50/50
Lender/Investor Nets $8,000,000
The Client Nets $8,000,000

Total Broker Fees are 5%, of the $16,000,000 wich equals a Total of $800,000.
Big Deals Consulting will distribute the 2% to other Brokers, when needed.
Remember that this is just a Hypotheticall Example, using the 80% LTV and 20% Returns!
These numbers could me more or less..
The Trade Contract is for 12 months or 40 weeks depending on what program is available.


Last Notes:
For this particular program, the Client is not required to have a Real Estate Project or any other type of project, whatsoever.. Clients can use the funds received for whatever good purpose they wish. Since this is a Private Placement Program, This Is Not a Loan that needs to be paid back!.
Also very important to remeber: The Original $2M will be Returned to the Client within 60 business days!.All this will be 100% Guaranteed in writing!..
Client can re-enter as many times as he wishes.
