My name is Andrejs Savickis, and I am a CEO at a Latvia real estate development company.

Currently our company is searching for investment to cover the development costs of a highly promising Retail and Business Park "All Seasons" located in Riga, Latvia, 2km within the Riga Airport. Our company is more interested in a search for a Private Investor where we could offer minimum 30% of equity, however we would also consider any other funding opportunities.

The total development costs are estimated to be 100,000,000 EUR, however as its is expected to develop the Park stage-wise, the potential investor could transfer the funds according to the planned construction work. As to our calculations, the expected payback period should not exceed 10-12 years with an average annual Net Profit of 10,000,000 EUR.

Our company considers this project to be highly promising because it is located within 2km or Riga airport and a major highway. What is more, with an extremely fast expansion of the airport and 'frozen' competitors' projects we believe that we can obtain and secure a high market share.

I have run across large investment companies which state that they will use their money to buy a rehab that you found. Once you oversee the repairs and marketing, and the house sells, they share the profits with you. Has anyone else heard of this? Are these companies legit?
