Will you invest in Real Estate if you can?

Hi Folks!

I have a question will you invest in real estate if you will have possibility to put check how it works and start with small amount?

I wonder cause i'm working in company who are searching real estate /land according to client needs and now we want to lunch new service "Investing in our real estate projects".

We know that people now very careful about investment and that's why we offer only to join our projects and we can't aloud to invest more them 50% from project (sometime its no more then 10%) cost because we alway's have to have no less then 50% in any of our projects.

Please advice cause i'm doing research where and when to lunch our advertising company!
