So here is a whole lot of ideas.

Safety system for car - it's unique safety system that needs prototype wich could show the features.

5-7 unique concepts of garages - parking with them will be a different thing.
This thing needs scaled working model to show what it does.

No gasoline while parking - it's a idea that can be offered for any company or mall that has underground or normal parking space with roof.

Unique Mall design - it's kinda themed mall but not too much. It has very intrusting look from both inside and outside. It will attract customers even more.

Media Center - it's a TV that has everything in it. well maybe it will cost more than regular TV, but hey! You won't have to buy extra tech. stuff. (BD/DVD player, computer, console ...)

Self Vacumming house. - It's not the vacuuming system where you have vacuum plugs in every room. It's self vacuuming system.

Self Cleaning dog fence or only "toilet" zone. Just train your dog to do his business in the spot where the device is and you won't have to take another poop from the ground. (stupid dog or other stupid animal doesn't count)
The system will dispose poops into local drainage or into mobile container wich will be used to transport the poops to final destination.

And a truck (trailer) that will be a solution if you wanna travel and also see the sights of city if it has something to show.

Some ideas maybe sound crazy or for some smarty pants even stupid but when I explain further (on PM) you'll get the point and see that they can make big money.
