Australian Hedge Fund - Working Capital Required

We are a private placement firm based in Australia with an opportunity to offer investors a substantial stake in the merger of two recently established, and proven, hedge fund managers. Currently the funds are managing sub 100m in client capital and have proven returns of 15-20% unlevered.
Significant interest has been generated and a number of fund managers have committed capital upon the merger of the two entities. The interest suggests that in excess of 1bn will be under management within 5 yrs.
To ensure operational funds are not limited, an equity stake is offered to investors, providing with it the opportunity to receive investment and hedge fund style returns.
Total investment of AUD 500k is required in minimum AUD 100k increments.
