According to me the best investment strategy sometimes might be aggressive in terms of growing stocks, so I feel it depends accordingly.

Invest in Miami Beach real estate. The ocean is beautiful and has great weather. Florida real estate contracts should all be checked over by a real estate attorney.

However nobody knows about the best investment. You can consider income Funds, bank deposits/corporate deposits, investing in equity instruments, gold and real estate. An alternate option is to invest in items that have practical short term value, are reasonably likely to maintain their value over time and that can be relatively easily sold at a later stage.

Default Surveys

Surveys

I paid to join a couple of sites and in all honesty there was no difference in the quality of surveys I was offered, in fact a number of free to access sites had more higher paying offers than the paid sites.

The fact is that all the information you need is out there on the web if you're willing to look for it. There's no secret club to join that somehow gives you access to all the best paying surveys. Despite what some of these sites claim!

i think the best investment online at the moment would be the not-popularly-known libertyreserve platinum investment.

You can earn 10% - 40% daily.

The minimum investment is $500 and maximum is $5,000

this is the best investment online for now with strong financial background with capital and profit all fully secured. All your profits are paid directly into your liberty reserve account and you can request for a debit ATM mastercard to withdraw your libertyreserve account balance at any nearby ATM with mastercard logo.

After the global financial crisis even giant banks are not safe and they pay very very low interest/profit.

An investor can earn many times more profit from forex and stocks. If you do not have trading knowledge then invest with a reputed and experienced money manager. They will pay excellent profits every month.

Hey Vkumar,

I just recently came across triple net lease transactions or corporate sale lease backs. Back a couple of years ago my fathers bonds were being called and since there was no yield we did some research. What I found was a terrific investment. These corporate sale lease backs are done as a private placement through an LLC. How it works is that either a Walmart, Dollar General, CVS, or Walgreen for example would sell their property to investors through an LLC and then pay lease payments or rent to the investors instead of having the heavy asset of the land on their balance sheet. I have been involved in over 6 transactions already I receive a chunk of the rent payments wired to my account on a monthly basis. I only go into the investments with 100k in each so 600k invested so far. It has been a great find for me and I actually use the payments to pay for a couple car leases I have. Do some research there aren't that many firms out there one of them is Four Springs Capital, LLC in NJ. Essentially the investment is a bond backed by a real estate asset so the only downsides are the fact that it isn't liquid and if the CVS Walgreens or whatever your invested it goes chapter 11 then your shit outta luck. Let me know what you think.
