Dream puzzle idea needs investor

Dream Puzzle is a low odds, pocket size slot machine. It has no logic solution.

Its structure could be a sealed glass bottle with numbered balls
inside. The balls can be freely move around and when the bottle is
rest on table, the balls will rest at the bottom of the bottle to
form a spiral.

Players try to spiral up the numbers to win a prize.

When the numbers are spiral up, heat up the bottle and the balls will
be glued permanently so to claim the prize.

A line of dream puzzles could be mass produced under $2, retail at $10
to $30 and offer $10,000 to $1,000,000 prize depend on the number of
balls used.

My idea is to start a toy company to market a line of dream puzzles
plus no prize puzzles showed at Rubik Slide.

I am looking for capital plus CEO, I may invent but not good at the rest.
