Grow My Cd Store / DVD shop

Hi, I'm looking for an investor to invest into my store. Which means investing in me - I currently own a cd/dvd store and it did pretty good until my dad got scammed and I got looped into that scam due to him sending me money through paypal.(So that sucked) in addition to that, a VERY GOOD CUSTOMER wrote me thousands in hot checks. (I KNOW not a great customer but he spent thousands! sadly they were all fake checks which bounced 3 weeks after deposit.) I also lost my main income source (ebay) when i got scammed/and paypal was terminated.

I come to you investors for an total investment of 100,000 that will be used for a few things.. (for a period of 2 years while sending you're profit monthly, hopefully weekly)

• Advertising
• Personal credit (yes, part of the investment will go toward crawling myself out of debt)
• Utilities/rent/gas/water etc.
• Inventory/stock

This is a cd store, and cds are getting outdated HOWEVER, this is a small town where customers enjoy having the actual TANGIBLE CD we carry EXPLICIT cds while no other store with in a 60 mile radius offers this...Our only problem is traffic and inventory (which are the two key things any business realy needs) So the money will be spend on both Advertising and Inventory. I'm not talking DRASTIC amounts toward advertising - I'm talking at most a hundred bucks a month toward ongoing advertising with a hundred put aside in the budget for use if a unique advertising opportunity were to come up.... by this i mean Radio specials, Community events like the county fair and the derby and summer mud race, car shows, you name it! small town but we do alot!

The way we will get inventory will be excellent. We will purchase a SURPLUS amount of cd for a thousand dollars so we can have a huge price cut and begin to sell all the cds at a cheaper price than MSRP. And we will put asside 200 to 300 dollars aside per month to use to purchase new release cds as they are released but once the traffic starts flowing that 200 and 300 put aside will never need to be touched.

AND WHAT ABOUT YOUR RETURN?
Simple. Your return will come from all of my business transactions which I will be able to focus on after getting creditors off of my back. These include.

• Cd sales
• Affiliate marketing
• Writing services
• DVD sales of course
• bulk sales on ebay sites
  ....say someone brought in a hundred poorly cared for cds which i paid 10 cents each for ($10) i don't have the time to clean them so i sell them on ebay for 100 maybe 200 dollars ...90 to 190 profit

loan, if I am able to obtain a loan in the near future you will be reimbursed for your investment first.

You will be recieving a percentage of the profits until your principle and return are completely returned to you. The deal i wish to strike for anyone investing 10,000 or even the full 100,000 would be %50 percent of all sales go back to you and you will recieve %13 percent return, thats 1300 if you invest 10000

I am also willing to discuss possible equity shares which will allow you a bigger piece of the pie and it would act more as an investment and not a guaranteed return could end up being TONS MORE- I am not a finance guy so if you find my proposal interesting and would like to pitch in please contact me and we can discuss your terms, i'm not looking to steal money or cheat anyone. I'm looking for a invaluable business partner that can invest the funds the store needs to stay alive which will inturn allow me to work with more ease instead of worrying about getting sued because i owe the credit cards.

Obviously smaller investments to simply help cover my credit bills and allow me to advertise and to stock the newest releases of cds will also help - but larger investments are incouraged so you can recieve an higher return on your money and so we have a more solid working capital... we cant just buy new releases this week and then stop for a month or two, we need to keep a steady inventory rotation.
