I'm seeing this a lot, all over, on the internet and on television -- lots of advertising for turning your gold jewelry into money. Are these places legit, and do they really pay off? I'm just so skeptical -- send off your jewelry and not really know what you'll get back. Any thoughts?

Gold prices are really high right now so that's most likely the cause for all the offers for it. I don't know about sending anything like that through the mail and such though...that would bother me a whole lot. If anyone has had a good experience with it, post it here, will ya? I'm kind of curious too!

These people are just going to rip you off for gold they can turn around and resell for more. If you want to sell gold find a reputable buyer and stay away from these tv people.

One thing to remember is that most of these companies buy your gold jewelry as scrap, so you will not get a decent offer.

You won't get a decent offer, but the company will turn a hefty profit.
Hold on to your gold and sell it yourself. |
