With all the uncertainty going on in the world is it still wise to invest in property? Do you think there is still money to be made?

The real estate world has been at a stand still for so long that I honestly feel that the only type of real estate worth investing in anymore is rental properties.

I've taken this word from Robert Cain, a Rental Property Reporter newsletter. He said that before investing on rental property, determine your time plan. Shorter rental plan saves money since you don't need to engage in major repairs.

I think it's still possible if you go to the right places like Europe or the Middle East.

I read somewhere else that the Middle East is becoming a good place for property investment, and I am just a bit confused by this... Isn't there war and unrest over there? What would make this a good place to put money?

There are areas experiencing growth, like Dubai, that cater to the wealthy.

I would really check laws first, though. The general population is probably living under Islamic law, which may make it difficult for women, even those from the west, to purchase property.

I for 1 wouldn't want to invest in rental property overseas. It'd be so hard to keep up with it and thus in the long run you could really end up loosing a lot of money.

Hi! You're quite right saying that at the moment investing into real estate can't be regarded as a really safe one. No one knows when the situation is going to improve. And before this improving... Well, you may buy something rather chap now but the question is what you'll do with it since there's too much supply over demand. But of course if you have an opportunity to buy some property in the very heart of, say, New York, then it's always profitable and reliable

Yes, friend.
Investment in real estate is very beneficial. As the value price of property is going on increasing and in future the investor of now time is sure going to gain a big profit. So if you are thinking so just go ahead. I had also invested in real estate and my friends also, and we are very happy that our investment is really working good.
