The real estate world has been at a stand still for so long that I honestly feel that the only type of real estate investing in anymore is rental properties.

Following are some of the reasons, why property is still a better investment:
|

|
the property investment is the business in which the lose risk is very low because the property development is going on gradually so the value of the property is increasing and this is the safe way for investment but for good profit on investment it is necessary to consult about market with real estate consultants and find best place to invest.

Please add suggestions if you know of other good areas in the UK for residential property investments and explain why.

One needs to be sensible enough to invest in property keeping in view the location of property, the return and the appreciation in the near future.

I think it is a better time to invest in real estate. A lot of financial experts believe that if you have a dependable resource of funds, then without a second thought you should invest in real estate.

In the times of recession real estate was on the down trend but the situation seems to be recovering now.

If rental incomes made sense then property would be a good investment. However, it must come down to rental income and not that you expect the asset value to rise in the future.
Personally I think that supply and demand issues make property a bad investment right now. That being said, I am sure that some people who have been involved in that sector for years can get some good returns. |
