Default Are real estate investments really beneficial?

My Regards to the community, I am working in a private firm and really want to secure my future by doing some investments as I can’t be so dependent on my current job forever for all my basic needs. . Can somebody help me, to make me decide that where should I invest my money to get long term profits?

Yes, I can help you in your query. As being a private firm employee every person secures his future so there is nothing wrong in it if you are also thinking the same. But if you are looking for a long term investment I will suggest you real estate investment. These are basically the long term beneficial investments.
I hope it will actually help you.

I know alot of people who have made alot of money in real estate. I am not sure how investing in that market would pay off right now in the US, but I am sure there are still individuals making a good amount of money. Are you looking at long term or short term real estate investment. I know people make a good deal of money flipping houses.

My parents have been flipping houses the last ten years of their lives and have made a TON of money. Right now they own seven houses all over the east coast. Once I learn the ropes and get some money I will definitely invest heavily in the real estate industry. Right now is the best time to buy houses. Unfortunately, there are only a few parts of the country where you can actually sell houses pretty quickly. My parents deal with higher end houses, BTW.

Real estate can offer you a very high returns for your money. With the current economy condition, you can find many depressed price properties as many people are force to sell their properties to meet their financial obligations. There is no need to be in a hurry as the great property SALE has just started.

Real Estate is great if you remember to actually live in your first place. Flipping isn't possible until you have proved you can deal with a mortgage and you have built eq

Real estate is great as long as you take the time to actually live in your first place. You can use the equity from that as leverage for investment properties down the road.

Look at it this way. There is no more land being made. There are more people every day. There for the price of real estate is going to go up on a bell curve basis.

Fine, I have heard of many pension plans or future income generators plans in India. I don't know if all those suits you. If you are in US, then this is the right time to invest in real estate is what I suppose, as their economy is going down, you would get land for a good low price. But this will not be the case for ever and US economy would be back in soem days or months so that you will see a good profit by then.

I also think if you can invest in stock market. Don't gamble with your shares. Buy some good company shares and it is sure to go high some day. Sell it then. In this way, share is also a riskless business only. But you are to insure your future. So, decide carefully.
