Are real estate investments really beneficial?

I honestly think that if you were to invest in such things as rental properties then this is an area worth investing in. However, selling real estate today is next to impossible so I wouldn't want to get into something like flipping houses today.

Yes, real estate investment is really very beneficial. Within few years the investors are sure going to have great profit. I had also invested in real estate. I had invested my money with a real estate investor and was happy to hear that the investment was going the right way. There are good results in real estate and I believe that you should be investing in the same area.

That is not entirely true. If you go the conventional way, yes but there are many unconventional ways to purchase real estate. All markets are different and anyone who is thinking of getting into real estate should talk to some professionals in thier market area.
