Investment in a Theme Park

Some people have tried to riding some of the world's fastest and longest coasters, eating ice cream and then hitting the coasters again. We are talking amusement for the entire family, a theme park! Theme parks are public listed, such as Six Flags (NYSE: SIX) owns Great Adventure and Great Escape. Cedar Fair (NYSE: FUN) owns Cedar Point and will soon own Kings Island.

Theme parks are a great task to undertake, but none the less, they can provide huge attractions from all over the world. People love to feel entertained and will do anything they can to have their holiday be "one of a kind".

Right now Dubailand, in Dubai is probably going to be the biggest theme park in the world.
So if you are looking to throw in a lot of money, and start your own theme park there are plenty of things to consider.

I was wondering if this thread is for Billionaires (not even millionaires). Investing in our own amusement parks? Thats pretty crazy for ordinary investors. May be, if shares are sold for amusement parks, we would invest.

I think that it would be fun to invest in an amusement park. I also think that this is something that you won't loose money on but I wonder if you really could make any money this way. It'd be interesting to see the statistics here.
