Investment is Europe is at an all times lucrative business for any entrepreneur right now. The US economy is crumbling and there is no light currently at the end of the tunnel. As USA weakens, Asia sees a growing trend of investment.
But compared to Europe, Asia is more volatile, the governments are still based on old communist systems and the lack of control makes Asia a hunters hunted kind of market, with new investors lured in believing everything is as in the western world. The EU has a combined asset of $16.8 trillion in 2007 and the EU has developed a single market through a standardized system of laws which apply in all member states, guaranteeing the freedom of movement of people, goods, services and capital. Right now the EU is by far the largest economy in the world (beating the US GDP by $2 trillion and growing because of current market affairs in US). The prices in Europe are higher on wages than anywhere else in the world, yet in the eastern part of Europe qualified workers are to be found and prices are only slightly higher than outside of Europe. At present building projects, land projects and investment projects are at all time high in Europe due to the instability in the current market. Therefore a grab in the European area is a much safer and better return than in would be in USA. There are many benefits of investing in Europe, notably the diversity in the laws of the member states, the inner trade of the member states and the flexibility between them. |

That's exactly why I want to invest my money in Europe. Although I can't decide at the moment if should put my money on Germany property or property in UK it seems to be better to invest in European property than in Florida for example but that's just my point of view.

We're talking about big money here, not something for a beginner investor. But you are right, Europe is a solid market. I have just returned from a trip there, people advised me to buy property in Prague. Not something I can do at this time though...

Unless they have a big bank roll made of Euros, U.S. investors should wait until the dollar recovers.

I think European investment is great, but people really need to be aware of the local rules and regulations before proceeding with an overseas transaction.

Hi
I think you are right investment in England is a great deal. But before doing any investment, investor must know about the rules and regulations. I normally prefer to do investment in real estate. It always gives good returns. |

Europe is a growing and a promising market. Since many of the east European countries are opening up their markets the growth in EU regions is expected to rise. The service industries in Europe are also booming.

Some companies are better categorized as international rather than American. Look for companies that are expanding the sales of their products in European markets or increasing production in European territories. Also look for established companies with growth potential.Invest in mutual funds. Vanguard offers a European index fund that has low expenses and provides broad exposure to the European market. Putnam,Price and Fidelity also offer Europe funds.

Certainly Europe remains to be one of the most secure markets in the world. Europe has the right foundation. The constant growth of the economy and the never-ending positivism that can be seen in the European market is a direct result of its respective governments.
