Default Yahoo Board to Spurn $44B Microsoft Bid

Yahoo Inc.'s board will reject Microsoft Corp.'s $44.6 billion
takeover bid after concluding the unsolicited offer undervalues the
slumping Internet pioneer, a person familiar with the situation said
Saturday.

Look like microsoft wants to buy their competitor in the market. BUt the offer is to small thats why yahoo reject it. They can get more than microsoft offer if they still manage it.

Yahoo is seeking to restart merger talks with AOL as a means of
defending itself against an unsolicited bid approach from Microsoft ,
the Times newspaper said on Monday.

for me yahoo make a great choice not selling their share to microsoft because for me bill gates for sure has a evil plan to buy yahoo..because they try to by yahoo in last year already..
