the reason why brazil won the bid because they are the only country in its continent that are bidding for the 2014 world cup.

FIFA is doing some new policy about world cup hoster, they'll be system which gives equality to continents. If 2004 world cup was held in asia, 2010 wc will be in africa, and 2014 wc will be in south america.

So the next hoster will surely be a European country

I think all the decision are taken by taking into consideration a lot of factors, including is the bidder reliable in providing security, transportation, sports infrastructure.Any way watching football in Brazil would be a nice experience, you can always go to some beach like tambaba to get relaxed.

I think it is depend on the organizer. The organizer is fair to all. If their is a bidding to host that event and Brazil is the one who win to host that event. I think we need to respect the decision of the organizer.
