you must be spent 45 minutes on exercise and during the exercise just get rest on 22min. it will make your good muscular body and be you active.

hmm... how is this calculated.. like before it was 30 minutes a day and 5 days a week.. but now its just 2 1/2 hours a week.. what has done so much for us to gradually reduce the exercising time.. ? will you be able to elloborate on it..
