Does anyone know of honest and reliable " recovery " or refund programs & sites ??

From when anyone gets scammed, robbed, or cheated out of their cash,

... so, "everyone" would have several opptions to help us "recover" our hard earned cash ?

Can hedge funds or bonds help fight this battle ?
