Default Why don't PTC and GPT sites use paypal?

I have seen so many of these sites that use alertpay or something other than paypal, why is that? Personally I don't want to start signing up for all these online money sites, especially when you have to give bank account and other info to avoid the large service fees.

PayPal banned PTC sites from using paypal because a PTC is basically an investment program. PayPal doesn't allow investment programs so most PTC sites use AlertPay as an alternative. GPT sites are allowed to use PayPal because the user isn't buying anything like referrals or a premium membership.

PTC sites can be ponzies and scams, and due to numerous complaints, they stopped their services with them.
