Understanding Candlesticks-Bullish Candlestick

Bullish Candlestick
A white or emplty candlestick opening near the lowprice and closing near the high price of that period

Bearish Candlestick
A black or filled candlestick opening near the highprice and closing near the low price of the period.

Hammer -After a significant downtread if a bullish candlestick occurs its called hammer, it is moreover identified by a small body and long wick.

If line occurs after uptrend then a hanging man is formed, hanging man's body can be either filled or empty.

Piercing Line - Another bullish pattern. Here there are two candles, the first one is long bear candle and the other is long bull candle.the second bull opens lower than the first bear but is closed more than halfway middle of the first bear candle body

Engulfing Lines -Another strong bullish pattern only if it occurs after down trend and we can consider it as a reversal pattern. it usually occurs when small bearish is engulfed by large bearish candle

Morning Star -One more bullish pattern. a morning star confirms the trend change . the star can be either empty (bullish) or filled (bearish)

Bullish Doji Star -A bullish doji star means confusion. this shows that there is indecesion in market and one should wait until there is some clear trend formation

Hanging Man - Tif it occurs after uptrend then its trend is bearish. and if after down trend then then called the hammer.

Bearish Engulfing Lines -if it occurs after uptrend then very bearish. and it can be an indication of reversal pattern. and small bullish candle is engulfed by a large bearish candle
