Hi,

I would like to exchange alertpay to paypal .
Do any one of you know any reliable customer / exchanger in this regard?
What may be the transaction fees if you know?

Withdraw your money to your bank account and then pull the money to your paypal account from your bank account. Your bank account serves as a link between Alertpay and Paypal and you would not be breaking any rules whilst doing this.

Above rates look very high.

Again it is a big risk to get this done from some individual.

I generally get my money transferred from Paypal to AlertPal from transfer and shop. They have quite low rates. Though I have transferred big amounts also (from last 1 year), I'll suggest "try on your risk".
