Well, the one for Paypal/other payment processing accounts verification should be about 3 months.
Hopefully, since the Admin of the site is here, he/she can give us more details.

There is No need to reload, you can buy a new VCC and can attach it to your desire account.

I see. So, you also already a seller for VCC? Thats good. I believe you already have many customer right and you another trusted vcc seller right? So, its good. I hope many people never go to some suspicious site which sell vcc. Its more better fine at some forum. We can see if he honest person or not at forum.
