And they also accept for Moneybookers, paypal and v-money.

yeah is that why i say it's good , and the most important , is that it can exchange you e-currency from only 5$!

But I think that is very Strick if we used exchnager service for moneybookers and paypal because both of that payment processor TOS didn't allowed this.

umm good fees and the greatest thing is accepting paypal ! but tell me, to exchange paypal to other currencies isn´t breaking paypal policies ??
