how to tranfer paypal -> LR ???

generally you can not do that.but if you have friends willing to exchange with you then you can tranfer paypal to Liberty Reserve.

In real world, you cannot do this. But you can exchange with some trusted money changers. Becareful for such conversion.

Find some exchanger who can do that for you. Find at forum or any site you think they really can help you. but avoid to some scammer or cheater. So, be more careful.

you can try exchangemoney forum but i dont think he will exchange it as they accept from recommended members whatever that means

i dont think you will find a website that use paypal to exchange ! however you found it´s a scam ! because before any exchanger website the webmaster search for the paypal policies and paypal doesn´t allow to exchange their currency ! so you may find a trustful man to exchange with you !

Hehe. Yap. I agree. Most people will use 3rd party to do that. So, find someone you can trust and can do that transaction. Some people always charge for higher rate. So, deal first and hope you will get your money smooth without any problem.
