If your country has some money changers, I suggest you go to them. At least you and him come from same country and you can easily trace through email IP and etc.

I believe many people already did that. Just might be not many people in their country can help them do that exchange. Too good because at our country, many people can help us do that exchanges. I hope the rate always good when i do that..

umm i don´t think you will find a website that accept paypal because that break paypal policies ! so find for yourself a trustful man who can do this exchange with you !

try out namepros, i just remembered they used to offer that in the past between members in a strange way.
Namepros are very trustable so if they still offer than go ahead with it. but also try small amounts first.

The best way that i would suggest is withdraw your Paypal to your bank account and buy Liberty Reserve.............

I would strongly recommend not to use any exchanger for this, most of them are scams.

Best way to sell Lr for PP is to exchange with your trusted friends or reputed members online. Its risky to exchange with strangers, as chargebacks in paypal has happened once too often to be comfortable with.
