Exchange money from PayPal to AlertPay and earn 5%

Hi. Sorry for my english. I hope you understand.
I'm a private person. I have money on AlertPay but for technical reasons i can not withdraw directly to the bank. So I made a simple page.

I pay you 5% commission for the exchange. I do not want to make money on the exchange. I need money on PayPal. At this moment i do not have the money to exchange but in two weeks I will have around 200$ so I'm looking for people to exchange. This may be one person and regular exchange. Every month I will have 400$ to exchange. Or maybe someone knows how to exchange from AlertPay to PayPal?
