Default "Why basically forex trading volume is not considered in technical analysis?"

International foreign exchange market is an open and invisible market. Advanced communication tools make the global foreign exchange (forex) markets into one.
The market participants could do forex trading all around the world without limited of time and space.
So it is a very hard work to calculate the foreign exchange transactions within a period.
So in the foreign exchange market, technical analysis is done without considering the volume of foreign exchange.
This is also one of the differences between technical analysis of forex trading and stock trading.

Default "Does cyclical fluctuations works on supply and demand in forex market?"

There are periodic cycles between Supply and demand in the forex market.
Different trading of currencies has different cycle time; Process at different times can also show different cyclical trends.
For example, some forex trading shows season cycle fluctuations as the demand or supply for money in the country changing seasonally.
Generally speaking, the cycle fluctuations can be obvious in Import & Export countries, as forex trading cyclical is associated with the import & export trading.

Dear Sarah , What is the better idea to choose , I think as you have explained Forex is such a risky one as compared to stock trading. There is simple thing that if you have sold the stock then you have money and vice versa.
