PayPal to Moneybookers - exchange and trading

Hi I need to exchange from PayPal to Moneybookers, I mean somebody who like me has got a paypayl and a moneybookers account so i could deposit from paypal and get moey back in to moneybookers.Any one up for helping me out there? I openned a new brokerage account in the US and need to fund it with my credit card. Unfortunately, Paypal, Stormpay, and Moneybookers dont open account for Nigerian residents. I live in Nigeria at the moment and have a card from a Nigerian bank; I have proof of ownership of the card as well.
Does anyone have any such offerings that may be of help?
