How do i retrieve money from a paypal account?

I have a few things I want to sell off of ebay, and obviously I will use a paypal account for all transactions and whatnot.But how exactly do I get the money off the account? Do i need a special paypal card or something?P.S. I dont quite know what category to post this question in, so sorry if this is the wrong area.
