This is the first site I'm seeing accepting paypal exchanges with other e-currencies openly.
If paypal finds out, they'll freeze that account...

The special thing is that they don't do directly exchange. It is all through a third currency, which is the game currency, Lindens, itself.

I think the admin of slamx website didnt read the paypal TOS before creating his business services.. they do not allow their currency to be exchanged, so if they find out they will permanently freeze the account.. so he will lose lots.

and i think it´s the same for alertpay, do they allow to exchange their currency ?!

They wont be able to trace the paypal account doing the exchanges Not unless they use it themselves and track out all the accounts doing the exchange. It's not available openly...

Technically it is not an exchange. For Alertpay or Paypal orders a customer is purchasing either SlamX Credits or Linden Dollars – both of which are a Product - If it was against Paypal TOS, then that would make the Linden exchange obsolete and also against the Paypal TOS – Once SlamX Credits or Lindens have been purchased then a Member may deposit or withdrawal their currencies to any other available e-currency or the SlamX Virtual ATM Cards.
