Given that Google is such a giant in other areas, do you think that Google Checkout will become popular like its other services or will this be one area that Google can't catch up in?

I think 100% Google will within a few years be the no 1 also in the e-currenct world and will dominate the marked. PayPal has a terrible customer support, Liberty Reserve isn't worth the go and the other companies are simply to small.

The company with the most money will make it, so I believe google has what it needs.
