LR is very unprofessional, PM is a good alternative
Liberty Reserve is un-Professional, So long for maintenance their site.
Many People panic and so many people said that they will scam. I think PM is the best alternative to used then Liberty Now. Many People has been used it and Also many exchanger empty stock now

LR down Again
 I think something wrong with LR system, why every week down for maintenance ? When user can build their busines ?
