i guess when u deal with exchanger .. paypal can detect this by checking the account emails .. they may have exchangers account emails and just following it .. so they will know you are using the exchange service ..

i guess .. this somehow affects paypal .. perhaps with the fees .. or the security reason ..

Exchangers also have to get money into their account by other methods, so i don't think paypal can detect a exchanging service like that among others. Of course, it may realize that people like this have huge amount of activity in their accounts.
When you exchange between one paypal account and another, paypal gets more money as fees. So i don't get why either. It isn't illegal to exchage money like that. I've done it a couple of times, no prob.

If you want to know, its break the TOS. Paypal never allow that. Did you read their TOS? If you get caught, what is your explaination if you really did that exchanging? If you manage to to cheat paypal, its different stories. But without a good explaination and evidence, when you got limit or suspended, i don't think its easy for you to get your account back..

Online we can do any Business. One is to pay someone to give me money into paypal. Is that illegal?

That might not be legal. But, you can surely do that, provided you know how to hide it from PayPal admin, as it is against their TOS. You may use escrow services provided by many forums, to exchange funds safely, or hire a middle man for that...

If you do some work and someone paying you by paypal. I don't think we have problem with that. The problem is if you got caught by paypal because do e-gold-paypal exchanging. If you not get caught. I also think its fine.

If its hard for you to do the transfer and so on...maybe I can help you out to find friends out there that wants to buy your e-gold. I can only advertise them so there's a possibility that there's no one around that can help you.
