The 2 types personal and Premier or Business paypal account are good to have for different situations. With personnal paypal account you´ve no fees when receive non mass payments with an ammount lower than 0.35$.
Premier or Business account are better if you´re interesting in buy or sell in ebay. I´ve the 2 types of paypal account for different uses. So I recommend you to not upgrade your account and create a new one.

I don't think Paypal allowes having more than one account, if you get caught your account will be "limited", that's what I heard from someone experienced.
So you should upgrade your Paypal accont to either Premium or Business.

Premier accounts charge you fees for anypayment you recieve, while personal accounts only charge for credit card fees, and this is not a small point to forget about it.
Plus I have been buying from ebay using my personal account and faced no difficulty at all.

I read in the Paypal Support that the personal accounts have a very limited options, for example you can't add your bank account to your account.
Even Paypal recommends his clients to choose either a premium or business accounts.

of course paypal will do that, they pay more fees, but I dont think this bank account thing is true, even you have to add a bank account to US accounts to become verified, how come you cant add them to personal accounts then?

for me,if u just use personal account u can't get money paying from others.. if u just need to use to buy something from others, i recomend u just use personal acc. if u want to get payment from others, u just use bussiness or primer acc. so, you can verified your acc with public baks debit card.. or vcc..

Why cant you recieve Funds to your personal account, Where do you live, if its one of those countries that you cant recieve money to, even if you upgrade to premier you wont be able to recieve money.
All Personal accounts can recieve money with no limits, even if not verified, please check with paypal to solve your problem.

No there is a limit for unverified accounts which is 100 USD.
Not only personal accounts, but also premium and business accounts.
