so when i was surfing in the site of libertyreserve i found that site

Shop with e-gold and e-currency. Amazon.com shopping with e-currency.

it let you shop things using your e-currency ! so have any one do that ? if yes can he tell us if it's not a scam ?

Of course! Paypal was created for shopping in e-bay! And Amazon.com accepts all kinds of e-currencies.
As long as you go to the popular stores online, you won't get scammed. Moreover, if you want to buy things online, you have to create an account and get yourself verified (It used to be a phone number before, but now they're asking for a Credit Card) to shop.
Right now, e-bay is the cheapest.

hehe, If you want to know an alternative for ebay. go to lelong.com.my... Its a site similar to ebay, except that it is from malaysia.. It got a pretty high rankings in alexa.. And you can shop there using paypal or maybank2u...

Depends on what you mean by e-currency. Paypal, e-gold, LR etc. all are e-currencies.

You pay, get verified taht you paid and get the product. In case of paypal, if you're not satisfied, you can request a chargeback as well.

Regardless where you from, as long as there is a web site provide such payment mode for a lists of products, then you can safe to use E-Gold or LR as payment. Most importantly, you must able to detect what are those web site provide such facility.

But never forget, among the payment gateway available, so far Paypal has some restriction over the countries like some countries cannot cash out in cash but send money and so on. Generally, many payment gateway do not have such rule.
