Can I ask refund?

i paid to one ptc site for buying referals on 6th last month but they still have not added those referals to me,can i ask the money back?i have waited for nearly one month.

then i think that you should contact the admin about this incident probably their account would have been frozen so they are not adding their referrals if thats the case file a claim against them if u paid via paypal

Maybe you send the admin an email to remind him or ask for reason. At least you know the root cause . He might be busy with other people or other thing.

thats what i am worried.what if the admin's paypal has been locked?can i get my money back then?
now they have changed the payment mothed to alertpay.and i should change my profile before going on with their program.

maybe you can contact admin first about that. If you think you feel like they cheated you. Its up to you to refund. You can do that. If i'm in my place, i will do something about that like ask them to pay me back.

Another one, also get some feedback from others member. Maybe its only happen to you and admin miss about you. Who know right? Anything can happen right? By the way, contact admin first. If he a good guy, he will help you.

If you paid by paypal, you can report it ti the Paypal staff and explain you've been scammed. Give all details and request for a chargeback.

Agree with this. Contact the program admin first. Request for reason. Contact the PP admin if the program admin does not entertain you. Do it fast before he / she has cash out and run away with money inside.

i don't think you can refund your money ! but you can ask them ! if they don't and you've paid with paypal, you can open a dispute and get your money back !

I'm not sure you can refund your money. difficult cantact admin to complain what you do. They bussy, but you can complain with them with shown the proff have you paid with paypal.

Don`t you wanna mention the name of that site ?? well, its fine ..
You have to keep contacting them via the support system ,,
provide them with the proof of the transaction and ask em to add the referrals fast.
If not, then you don`t have any other choice. Its a scam
