Ask them. Its valid if you can see that referrals under you. If admin just put that fake referrals, its between you and admin. Try to ask admin about that. But i believe he have his own answer to counter that.

BUt like i said before, that fake valid account never give you good earning.

well that depends on the PTC TOS if they´re allowing the refund then you can get the money back if no you cant !

i dont think that any ptc will refund the amount for buying referrals and from your referral names it looks like fake .so i think you have been cheated and you maybe should leave the site

Yap. Its not really easy to get back your money after you buying that referrals. but its up to you want to refund or not. If you use paypal, anything can be happen.

Well it all depends did they offer a 30 or 60 day refund??If not its going to be kind of hard to ask for a refund.If they did not have a refund plan and you ask for your money they arent entitled to giving you it.Hopefully they did have one though and everything will probably be cool.Unless its a scam like it seems.I once ordered a program that had a 30 day refund and I ask for my money back 25 days later.They never gave me my money even after i harrased them day after day.So,just becareful and bug them allot about your refund.It is your money and they didnt do what they promised for you.

I think that means that even if you are getting your money, you will not be getting it into your paypal, also check to see if they have a moneyback guarantee, most serious business websites offers that to comfort the clients.

Exactly, if they dont have that, they wont pay you and you cant blame them or complain because from start they said you cant get your money back.
