Can I ask refund?

just wait until that person update about that. I believe he will do something. If the admin not reply to you for 1 week. Juts go and refund. Prepare also your details if needed.

What ptc sites are you buying from?? If you're buying from bux.to, they dont accept payment by paypal anymore, I think most of the sites do like this. If you bought the referrals using paypal, ask for a refund, cause paypal doesn't allow their money to be used in buying things such as premium account or referrals at ptc sites.. I think this is the problem and I recommend you use alertpay..

well you can't say it's a scam ! you may read their TOS, if they are offering the refund and he didn't got his money then yh it's a scam ! but if they don't then it his problem he didn't read the TOS

now have received the 35 referals

i wrote the third message to admin last night and today when i opened the page i found those referals had been added to me.
but i find those referals have usernames start with a or number.
just like
akkkkkk
alllllll
annnnn
or
2327 or what else

Haha. Its normal. Many people face this problem. Believe me, you referrals is fake and maybe a bot. For me, its a time for you to think you need to leave.

I think the admin simply make a copy of referrals for you. I don't believe such usernames are valid.

I think those usernames are valid But they never click any links --> inactive account and you won't get any commission at all

If you not believe it. I believe that username is valid. If not, i don't think that referrals name will under that person referrals.

Its valid. But someone create it. I don't think that fake account will produce your some click or earning.

yes you can ask a refund at least 45 days after you made your payment after that you can´t.

It´s not a good idea to buy fake referrals in Ptc´s sites ok??
