Funding Liberty Reserve - e-currency

A number of the programs I want to get involved with only take Liberty Reserve. It and many of the others are a real pain to fund. Can someone tell me the easiest, fastest way to fund Liberty Reserve from the US with US$? Also when you get payments to LR what is the best way to get your money?

I fund and withdraw through e-forexgold.com
They accept bank wires, but if you want to withdraw they can also send money via Western Union or by check.
