same goes for me here in malaysia. by the way it's not a shock for me, sometimes their site went down. commonly caused by ddos attack but they said it was caused by maintenance. i dont know why hacker seems to be very interested in ddos action

Same with me in Indonesia, But this happend just severals hours ago. I can acces them on Morning in my Country but now, when I need them, I can't open the site.

Not only with you guys. I think its happen to all country. Even my country ip also cannot reach e-gold site. Maybe they have maintaianance or have problem. Just keep waiting andi believe they will come like always.

Now they have back again and I can't access the site now.
I just login to my account and working normaly again, hope they will not down again.

i'm pretty sure it'll happen again next time but one thing it can be proud of is whenever they the site goes down, it didnt take a long time to up again. by the way i think it doesnt bring users big problem. waiting few hours wont lead us to bankruptcy

maybe there is not much thing to do with you by that.
but to those run business online with egold frequently,they will be worried.

When the E-Gold site is under the maintenance process, you will experience slow access in all countries. It is common process for backup. Sometimes it goes almost 8 hours but it will turn back to normal afterward.

yes and this is one major reason why marketiva stopped doing business wih e-gold! there are also several hyips that don't except e-gold anymore...so i guess yeah for us it does'nt matter that much but for the companies it's one heck of a worry!

Marketiva and many other programs stop using E-Gold for the past is because of the scam activities deal in E-Gold. E-Gold was under investigation by the US government and because of this, many admin and investor E-Gold accounts were blacklisted or blocked.
