I just saw the website. It looks like a Russian payment processor and I could only see the Russian version of it. Is there any English version to the web page of this payment processor.

I have not used it. The .ru tells me it's a Russian site, probably geared towards that part of the world, their currency, etc. Do you use it here in the US?

If this is a Russian processor you need to be very careful.

Any website that doesn't offer an English version, is offshore, and is processing money might be on one of those Treasury Department lists that can get you into serious trouble!

I haven't tried it. I think it is just popular in Europe especially Russia and Ukraine . It is reliable to some countries wherein they use for paying their mobile, internet, and other online transactions.

Why? What's with Russian processors? Excuse me for my ignorance on this issue but I really don't know.
