Alternative to Epassporte

I searched for SwissMICSI reviews on google and I see that your fees are quite high compared to epassporte.
SwissMICSI reviews? www.swissmicsi.com from Switzerland, anyone used them?

Both Pay Easy and Payoneer use Choice Bank in Belize to issue their cards.

- reloading timescale/delays
- account loading fees
- card usage fees, (ATM balance enquiry, withdrawal, failed withdrawal ...)
- speed of issuance
- KYC requirements of issuing/reloading merchant and card recipient
- Card usage fees at POS
- annual/monthly charges (with balance/without balance)
- card limits (verified/non-verified member, amounts, loads, usage)
- card minimum balance requirements

Based on research so far I would say that SwissMICSI seems expensive to issue and to use.

No news from ePassporte still would indicate that they've not resolved their problems. If it was simply a case of switching bank or designing the necessary web pages to collect KYC info I assume they would have done it by now.
