THe Liberty Reserve is back now. So LR we can request it in WU but i think WU has a very high fees. So i prefer making exchanges with honest members.

I Don't think LR has such services.. You need to find a website who do exchanges as this.. You may try moneygram they have lowest fees than WU!

so are you saying that we can't withdraw LR by WU or MG. anyways, i still don't need to withdraw money here cause i still do some exchanges with other members. but in time i feel that i need to withdraw it myself directly from this payment processors cause i think that i may receive one day more money in LR .

I have not heard of Liberty Reserve yet... Is it better than Western Union and MoneyGram? How is it different from them? I see some of you call it "bank," here, so is it a banking system or just money transfer system?

LR is not a bank. Its an e-currency like e-gold. Its preferred because you dont have to verify your account to use its services and the fees are real low.

LR has hidden fees. In addition to the fees Liberty Reserve discloses, they also charge a fee simply for /funding/ an account.

Moreover, Liberty Reserve will not accept money directly, so users are forced to use third parties to fund their account, and these exchange services all have a floor. Eg. You discover that you were hit with a unexpected fee, and need to put an additional 50 cents in your account to cover it. It will cost you 6-8 euros to fund 50 cents more.
