Alertpay vs Perfect Money - e-currency

Which is the best in your opinion?

Alertpay has the most features! Features that Perfect Money is looking to implement, such as merchant account services and offering debit/credit cards to their customers.

On the other hand, Perfect Money does not allow direct account load through them, but only through third party, making it more diffiicult to load, yet some would say better as they have no due dilligence requirements, making it the perfect place to hide money.
