Using Paypal to buy something off a small website?

I want to use paypal for a 6 dollar transaction (literally) on a website that is not widely know. I am not worried about losing 6 dollars if it is fake or if they don't send it to me.

My question is...if I use paypal, will the seller have access to my credit card? That is when I don't want to do the transaction. Paypal transfers the money to the seller without giving them any of your credit card info right? Is there anything to worry about before buying it? If it is a 6 dollar scam...well that's nothing really but if the seller has access to my credit card and information then there is a problem.

I just clicked the buy button and then on the paypal page it said to complete your donation to the seller click donate at the bottom. Shouldn't it say purchase?

For the first question, your CC details are 100% secure.
For the second, donate sounds suspicious, but both donate and purchase have the same fuction - transfering the money to the seller. It is best to use the "contact us" part of the website to email the owner to find the details - like about which button you should click to buy the product. If you don't get a reply, its a scam guarenteed.
But it is surprising you don't care what happens to your money lol.
