Do i have to have paypal to buy something on e-bay?

i have a prepay credit card and the card number changes every time i top it up so can i just use the card on its own or do i have to sign up for paypal.

Most sellers have an upgraded paypal account (business account), which means that they can accept creditcards directly and the customer needn't have a paypal account.

But you can create a paypal account and load it with your bank account or credit card and use it for paying online stores. The whole idea of using paypal is that your creditcard number and security is not under any risk and this makes shopping online easier and faster as well.
