Need a top-up credit card with embossed text and chip
Is it possible to get a top-up credit card when you live outside the USA and UK? I need a top-up credit card that allows me to use anywhere in the world. Including ATM's and regular swipe locations, as well as the internet.
I need a card that actually looks like a credit card and has all the features a credit card has, meaning I want embossed text and I also want it to contain a chip, and of course I want my name to displayed on it. Again, like a "real" credit card, but without offering credit. I just want a top-up credit card that I can refill as I need it without involving myself with credit checks and engaging in lenghty sucking up to the bank manager.
