accept a payment on Pay Pal

I've just accepted a payment from someone through Pay pal. How does that money get into my bank account? Does it automatically get transferred there or do I have to transfer it from Pay Pal?

you need to log into your paypal account and use the "add bank" tab to add the details of your bank account (valid acc number registered to your name) like Olivia mentioned. You can then use "withdraw" if you have over $150.
