Ok so I found PROCURREX E-PAYMENT // IT´S EASY, SIMPLE, CONVENIENT. I think this could be a rocket, it is a free e-payment, so far I understand it. What u think about it??? I wired already 2k over there very quick the boys. Over the Topex it did cost me only 1%. Quite good. Do you know any HYIP that takes Procurrex????

Ok so I think I will use it at least for safe money saving if you know how do I mean that. I am not ready to pay more on fees, because exchanger wants X% usually, e-payment has fees and at the end from your money you have something like 70% only... exchanged over Topex24 so paid 1% plus bank wire fee ... and procurrex is free. Just need to know which HYIPS take procurrex????
